1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on NCPays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these strictly enforced Terms of Service. Ignorance of these rules is not an acceptable defense.
2. We Will NEVER Ask For Your Money
NCPays is a 100% free-to-use platform. We will NEVER ask you to deposit money, buy investment packages, or pay fees to withdraw. Any individual, channel, or group claiming to represent NCPays and asking for deposits is a scam. If you send money to anyone claiming to be us, you do so at your own absolute risk, and we will not be held liable.
3. Strict Prohibition of Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate the platform will result in an immediate, irreversible ban and forfeiture of all earnings. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts (Multi-accounting).
- Using VPNs, Proxies, Tor, or automated bots to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting referral systems by referring yourself or creating fake accounts.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or latency in the prediction system.
4. No Guaranteed Profits
NCPays does NOT guarantee any profits, income, or financial success. The crypto market is highly volatile. Your success in market predictions depends entirely on your own skill. We provide a simulation environment for rewards, not an investment contract.
5. Account Termination & Fund Confiscation
We reserve the absolute right to freeze, suspend, or terminate your account at our sole discretion. If our automated security systems or manual reviewers detect fraud, your account will be permanently banned, and all accumulated balances (including referrals and mined coins) will be confiscated immediately and without right of appeal.
6. Referral Program & Commission Structure
NCPays offers a multi-level referral program (up to 5 levels deep). You earn a commission from every activity your network generates — automatically, transparently, and in real time.

6.2 — What Activities Generate Commissions?
You earn commissions from ALL earning activities your network performs. Here is a complete breakdown per source:
On every winning paid trade, NCPays calculates a referral base equal to 15% of the trade stake. Your commission is then your level's percentage applied to that base.
For free mode wins, the referral base is 5% of the reward amount earned by the referred user.
For Mining rewards, Mission completions, and Wheel spins, the referral base equals the full earning amount. Your level percentage is applied directly to what your friend earns.
6.3 — Daily Commission Cap & Account Requirements
The maximum referral commission any single user can receive in a 24-hour period is $2.00. This cap applies regardless of how many referrals earned on a given day. This limit is set by the platform administration and is subject to change.
- Referred accounts must be at least 24 hours old before their activities generate commissions for referrers.
- Commissions are credited automatically and instantly after each qualifying activity in the referred user's preferred currency.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any manipulation of the referral system results in permanent ban and forfeiture of all earnings.
- All commission rates displayed on this page are live and dynamic — they reflect the current platform configuration at the time of viewing. Changes take effect immediately on all future earnings.
- NCPays reserves the right to adjust any commission rate, cap, or eligibility rule at any time without prior notice.
If you believe there is a discrepancy in your referral commissions, contact our support team with your referred user's username and the relevant trade or activity dates for review.
7. Platform Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the reward rates, mining speeds, prediction payouts, and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of these changes.
