NCPays operates a strict data monitoring system to prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and malicious activities. We collect, but are not limited to, the following information:
- IP Addresses (including history of changes and proxy detection).
- Device Fingerprints, browser information, and hardware specifications.
- Activity logs, prediction history, and interaction metrics.
- Biometric data and identity documents (handled via secure 3rd party providers during KYC).
2. No Anonymity Guarantee
We do not guarantee anonymity. While we protect your data against unauthorized external access using industry-standard encryption, your data is fully visible to our compliance team and will be shared with law enforcement or regulatory bodies without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to marketing companies. However, we strictly share your data with:
- Identity verification partners (KYC/AML providers).
- Legal authorities and government agencies upon lawful request or suspicion of illegal acts.
- Security providers to mitigate DDoS attacks and platform abuse.
4. Data Retention
Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service will have their data retained indefinitely to prevent future registration attempts. For users who delete their accounts under normal circumstances, data required for legal compliance (such as transaction history and KYC records) will be held for a minimum of 5 years.
